PADI Advanced Underwater Dance Course

PADI Advanced Underwater Dance Course

Take your underwater performance to the next level with the PADI Advanced Underwater Dance Course in Malaysia. Malaysia Mermaid Club can arrange training in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor or Pahang. This four-day course develops your movement, breath-hold skills and creativity, helping you combine advanced underwater techniques into a choreographed dance.

Training includes advanced breath-hold and movement techniques, underwater choreography concepts and practice creating a complete dance sequence. With guidance from your instructor, you’ll build control and confidence as you develop your own expressive style underwater.

What to Expect

The PADI Advanced Underwater Dance Course combines knowledge development with confined-water training. You’ll explore advanced breathing and breath-hold techniques, learn choreography concepts such as the “dance alphabet” and “nine squares,” and practise advanced underwater dance movements.

As you progress, you’ll bring these skills together to create and perform a choreographed underwater dance. The course includes two confined-water training sessions. An optional open-water dive may also be available, subject to eligibility and course arrangements.

PADI Advanced Underwater Dance Course Schedule

The course takes place over four days. Each day starts at 9:00 am and is expected to finish between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm, depending on your progress.

Your instructor will confirm the detailed schedule before the course. Training time may vary so you have enough opportunity to practise and meet the course requirements.
